Terms and Conditions
At Healthy Habits Massage we understand that unanticipated events can happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be fair to all of our clients and considerate of our therapists’ time we have implemented the following policies:
- 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment.
- If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, and we are unable to fill your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your scheduled appointment time. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from any outstanding balance of an existing Wellness Plan or Gift Card, otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
- If your appointment time slot can be filled with someone else, you will not be charged for the missed appointment.
You will be charged for your appointment and future services will be denied until payment is made.
Contouring no shows will be charged $50 to pay for the specialist's time.
If you are not on time for your scheduled appointment, this will be considered a “no-show”, and that time slot will automatically become available for someone else. Please note our “No Show” policy.
Depending upon your time of arrival it will be up to your therapist to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment you receive, you will be responsible to pay for the full appointment time that was scheduled.
